1. I'm following up on this with the HiH Mods. I don't remember an announcement of this changing, but I also might have missed it or it may not have been prominent. I think it's important to have such a policy in place, so if it has been removed, I'll be advocating for it (or at least something) to be reinstated if possible.

2. I plan to look at all of the various templates and try to streamline things where possible. I don't know that I'll get it done before I stamp for this first week, but definitely plan to have some revisions in place soon.

3. I'll consider this. I have to tally the numbers up anyway and had planned on doing something with the overall numbers at some point (termly averages, etc.) so I'll think on what some of the ways of reporting the data back that would be meaningful and/or fun could be.
